Alexandra MacKinnon

Research Manager

Ms. MacKinnon received her Bachelor of Science degree in marine biology from Dalhousie University in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Upon graduating, Ms. MacKinnon worked for several years gaining project management experience in the biotechnology field before joining the AGADA team.  As the Research Manager at AGADA Biosciences, Alex helps coordinate all aspects of the preclinical and clinical trials.  She works closely with clients to develop a unique study design and prepares the budget, detailed study protocol, work contract, and final study report. Ms. MacKinnon helped develop the clinical training program for human muscle biopsy processing and presently she performs on-site training for muscle biopsy freezing.
