Ms.Maloney received her Bachelor’s Degree from Saint Mary’s University where she majored in Biology. During her undergraduate degree she focused on molecular biology and genetics. Ashley has received extensive training at AGADA to perform in vivo behavioural assays such as treadmill exhaustion assay, voluntary wheel and rotarod and in vivo functional assays such as optical imaging. She has also been trained to perform histological analysis on muscle tissue for endpoints such as, inflammation (H&E), muscle cell regeneration (eMHC) and degeneration (IgM). At AGADA, she will use her in vivo training and histological analysis experience to assist with the preclinical testing program.
