Mrs. Praest received her Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics with a double minor in chemistry and biology from Acadia University and Mount Saint Vincent University. During her undergraduate program she worked with Capital Health as a mathematical consultant for research projects on predicting Influenza in hospitalized patients, and, community acquired Pneumonia. After graduation, she was recruited by an international hedge fund company to work as a risk and compliance analyst. Molly applied her skills in programming, mathematical modelling and report writing to meet the needs of her clients. Her initial passion to pursue research resulted in her joining the team at AGADA. Mrs Praest applies her chemistry and biology background to RT-PCR and other biochemical molecular assays for preclinical and clinical trials. Mrs Praest works with the preclinical and clinical testing programs for histology and various testing assays. She also uses her statistical and mathematical background to perform data analysis and develop new analysis systems.
