Dr. Elustondo received her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Clinical Diagnosis from the University of Buenos Aires, and her Ph.D. in Medicine from the Memorial University of Newfoundland.
Before joining AGADA, she worked for the Dalhousie University Department of Physiology and Biophysics as a post-doc, studying mitochondrial physiology and mechanisms of cell death. At AGADA, Dr. Elustondo oversees the preclinical department, the researcher training programs, and participates in the strategic planning of the study designs, and provides support during the analysis of the results.
