Amanda Mullen, BSc, MBA
Chief Operating Officer
Amanda received her Bachelor of Science in Biology and Business from Dalhousie University and her Master of Business Administration in Innovation Leadership from the University of Fredericton.
Amanda was the first employee and co-founder of AGADA. Prior to starting AGADA, she worked as a researcher for ReveraGen BioPharma, a biotech company developing therapeutics for neuromuscular and inflammatory diseases. Amanda oversees preclinical and clinical operations while managing business systems, business development, and resources.
As Chief Operations Officer, Amanda provides strategic oversight of AGADA’s day-to-day operations, ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality services to clients. She leads cross functional departments, drives operational excellence through continuous improvement, and oversees resource planning, quality systems and organizational performance. Working closely with the executive team, Amanda helps shape and execute AGADA’s strategic vision while fostering a collaborative, client-focused cuture that supports scientific innovation and growth.
