Sadish Srinivassane, MSc, MVPH, DVM
Senior Training & Development Manager
Sadish Srinivassane holds a Bachelor of Veterinary Science and Animal Husbandry from Pondicherry University, a Master of Veterinary Public Health from Calcutta University, India, and a Master’s in Animal Science from Dalhousie University, Canada. He further complements his technical science degrees with a professional L&D Performance certification.
Sadish joined AGADA Biosciences in 2014 as a Research Associate and has steadily advanced through progressive roles, including Scientist, transitioning to the Training role in 2023 and stepping into his current leadership position. Sadish leads AGADA’s training and development programs, focusing on building technical skills and leadership across the company. He manages employee onboarding, compliance training, and role-specific learning programs, working closely with department heads to strengthen and broaden the company’s capabilities and ensure development programs align with AGADA’s growth and client service standards.
