Senior Quality Assurance Manager

Chris earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology/Chemistry from Mount Allison University and has extensive experience in oncology drug development, including a tenure as a Senior Scientist. His scientific background offers a valuable perspective that bridges research, quality, and regulatory functions, enabling him to effectively support laboratory, project, and leadership teams in achieving high-quality research results.

As Senior Quality Assurance Manager, Chris manages the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) and drives quality, regulatory compliance, and data integrity across preclinical and clinical research operations. He provides strategic oversight of document control, quality events, audit and inspection programs, training, supplier qualification and assessments, equipment qualification, and computerized system validation (CSV), ensuring that quality systems remain effective, compliant, and inspection-ready.

Through risk-based decision-making and a commitment to continuous improvement, Chris strengthens quality processes, optimizes QMS systems, and provides expert guidance on regulatory requirements to support reliable, compliant research operations for AGADA and its clients.
