Fiorella Morales, BSc, PMP
Senior Project Manager
Fiorella graduated from Saint Mary’s University with an Honors Bachelor of Science degree in Biology where she gained hands-on laboratory experience in molecular and cellular biology techniques. She joined AGADA as a Research Associate, managing training programs for clinical trials. Building on this foundation, she also earned her professional Project Management Professional certification and a Leadership Principles Certificate from Harvard Business School Online, strengthening further developing her leadership, decision-making, and organizational effectiveness.
Her combination of technical expertise and leadership training enables her to contribute effectively to scientific research and clinical trial management.
As Senior Project Manager, Fiorella coordinates complex client projects and portfolios, focusing on timeline execution and day-to-day project health. She leads contract negotiations, proposal development, project finances and risk management, whilst building strong client partnerships and supporting the development of the wider project management team.
