Meagan McKenna, MSc

Senior Project Manager

Meagan holds a Bachelor of Science (Honors) in Neuroscience with a minor in Biology and Master of Science in Pharmacology from Dalhousie University. Her graduate research focused on the evaluation of anti-inflammatory and analgesic compounds in preclinical models of arthritis, providing a deep understanding of translational research and drug development.

She joined AGADA as a Research Associate, leading preclinical trials and participating in clinical site training and management. Meagan has further expanded her leadership and commercial expertise through Harvard Business School’s Leadership Principles certificate program and the LNS Sales Accelerator Program.

As Senior Project Manager, Meagan oversees AGADA’s complex client portfolios, providing strategic leadership from proposal development through project execution. She mentors the project management team, leads contract negotiations and pricing strategy, and ensures projects are delivered with scientific rigor, operational excellence, and financial accountability. By fostering strong client partnerships and driving continuous improvement initiatives, Meagan plays an integral role in advancing AGADA’s reputation as a trusted research partner while supporting the Company’s long-term growth and success.
